Friction

Did something break?

Any friction that would have stopped them from taking the action we wanted. If we’re collecting emails, did the pop-up break and stop someone from subscribing? Is a discount code invalid and stopping someone from placing an order?

We want to find any friction that keeps them from taking that next step.

Did something break? A newsletter pop-up showing “Something went wrong” and a checkout rejecting the discount code SILVER10.
